Your members trust your club with their details. Your club trusts Lobtix. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe — in plain language.
The short version. We collect only what we need to run court bookings — your name, email and phone number. Most data is processed in the EU; a few sub-processors operate outside the EEA under GDPR-approved safeguards. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
Lobtix is a court-booking and club-management service operated by XXXXX XXXXX, a self-employed sole trader (autónomo) established in Spain — NIF [NIF], [registered address] ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at privacy@lobtix.com.
When you use Lobtix through your club, your club is the data controller of your membership records and Lobtix acts as its data processor. For your account and the running of the service, Lobtix is the controller. This policy explains both.
We keep the data we collect deliberately small. It covers three areas:
When a club admin invites you or adds you as a member, we receive your email address (and sometimes your name) from the club so we can set up your access. In that case the club is the source of that data, and this policy tells you how we then handle it.
We do not process payments between members and clubs, and we do not store card details for member bookings. We do not use advertising trackers, and we never sell your personal data.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on these grounds:
We are an EU-based service and process personal data in the EU wherever we can. However, some of the sub-processors we rely on (for example, our authentication and anti-abuse providers) are established outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where personal data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on GDPR-approved safeguards — principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions — and we keep the data transferred to the minimum needed to run the service.
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, each bound by a data-processing agreement:
This list may change as the service evolves. We keep it up to date and notify club administrators of material changes to sub-processors in line with our data-processing terms. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
We keep your personal data for as long as you have an active Lobtix account. If you or your club close your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except records we are legally required to retain (such as subscription invoices, kept for the period required by tax law).

To exercise any of these, email privacy@lobtix.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to those who need it, protected by strong authentication and logged. We review our security regularly. In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach, we act without undue delay: where Lobtix acts as your club's processor, we notify the club (the controller) so it can meet its obligations; where Lobtix is the controller, we notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals as required by the GDPR.
Lobtix uses only essential and security cookies — the ones needed to keep you signed in and the service secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
To protect sign-up and sign-in from bots, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage information and may set cookies for security purposes. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Lobtix is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and the service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
